Xbox Game Pass Ultimate Members Can Now Play Their Owned Games via xCloud
Microsoft’s cloud gaming platform, xCloud, has started allowing Xbox Game Pass Ultimate members to play games they already own. This feature will be available in 28 countries where xCloud is currently operational.
xCloud can essentially be thought of as the Xbox console version of GeForce Now. You play games as if you’re streaming from another Xbox console. With this new feature, Xbox Game Pass Ultimate subscribers can now play their owned games through xCloud.
50 Games Supported in Initial Rollout
xCloud will initially support 50 games. This lineup includes titles like Cyberpunk 2077, The Witcher 3, Assassin’s Creed Mirage, and some games from the Final Fantasy series. Microsoft has announced that they will continue to expand the game library.
