As we reported a month ago, Crysis 4’s development was put on hold. Today, Crytek confirmed our reporting with their official announcement.
Crytek announced in November 2024 that Crysis 4 has been shelved and 15% of their 400 employees have been laid off. Crytek has decided to redirect their remaining resources to Hunt: Showdown 1896.
